Please Note: You may experience some redness, other irritation following your waxing service.  These symptoms are normal for many people and only last from 30 minutes to an hour, or one day or two depending what you have done. Please let me know of any certain products containing ingredients which may interfere with waxing.  

If you are planning a vacation please be sure to schedule your waxing service two days prior to your departure. Please do not sunbath or use a tanning bed, at least 24 hours before or after waxing services.  Newly waxed skin is more sensitive to the sun and will burn easily.  During pregnancy or menstruation, many women  experience more sensitive skin.  During this time, bruising or increased redness many occur, especially around the bikini area.  

We recommend that waxing services be performed when the hair growth has reached 1/8” to ¼” in length or you have 2 to 3 weeks of hair growth.  After 4 to 6 services, you many experience a more even hair growth.  As you continue waxing, you may notice reduced hair growth and the re-growth will be softer and lighter in color, aventually you will have less and less hair if you keep waxing.

We regret that we cannot perform waxing on clients who are taking Acutane or are using Retin A due to the sensitivity these products cause to the skin.
